Dr. Bernard Bull is Assistant Vice-President of Academics and
Associate Professor of Education at Concordia University Wisconsin.
He holds a BA in history, education, and theology; an MA in Liberal
Studies; an MA in Curriculum and Instruction; and an EdD in
instructional technology.
