Ed Grimshaw is Certified Business Trainer in Neuro Linguistic Programming. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and he is also a qualified Management Accountant. Ed has over 20 years experience working as a manager, consultant and trainer assisting organisations and individuals develop their performance. He has experience in the pharmaceutical, engineering, distribution, manufacturing, financial and service sectors. He has also worked as a therapist and business coach. Ed is now developing tools and models to facilitate change and improve performance for a range of organisations.
