About the Author

David Travers QC is a barrister at 6 Pump Court involved in Planning, Public Law and Regulatory work. He is also Visiting Professor in the Business Accountability and Responsibility Centre at Newport Business School Noémi Byrd is a barrister at 6 Pump Court. Her practice includes all aspects of the use and protection of land and buildings and she specialises in planning and rights of way. Giles Atkinson spent 10 years as a planner in the public and private sector before becoming a barrister and specialising in planning, local government and regulatory law.
