Faith Ralphs, blogger at FaithfulPlateful.com, loves to create recipes to be as nutritious and delicious as possible. She is an Arizona native but currently lives in Idaho with her husband and young children. She has a degree in Public Health and five years experience employed as a health coach. Hoping to avoid the standard American diseases that come along with the standard American diet, she's transitioned to a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle over the past fourteen years.
