Gonçal Mayos is a professor at the University of Barcelona and co-leads GIRCHE, an international research group focusing on culture, history, and matters of state. He manages the blog MacroMayos through the university's website and has written many books and articles. Mayos coined the term "macrofilosofía" to characterize his global, interdisciplinary, and long-term analysis process.
