About the Author

Jeff Furman, PMP, after 15 years managing IT projects for Fortune 100 financial firms, now teaches several levels of project management for New York University's School of Professional Studies and Schack Institute of Real Estate. He also trains military project managers at various posts throughout the United States and has conducted PMP and train-the-trainer courses for IIUSA, Unitek Education, and NetCom Learning, where he twice won NetCom's Instructor of the Year award.
