Insights and stories from Navy SEAL Eric Davis and his fellow SEALS about fatherhood and raising boys to be strong, moral gentlemen. After Eric Davis spent over 16 years in the military including a decade in the SEAL Teams, his family became more than accustomed to him being away on deployments and secret missions that would obscure his whereabouts for months. When he left the Teams in 2008, he was eager to develop his relationship with his son, having lacked a father figure himself since he was fifteen. He thought "Quality Time" would happen now that he could spend more "Quantity of Time." He could not have been more wrong.
ERIC DAVIS is a former U.S. Navy SEAL and decorated veteran of the War on Terror, and has been recognized as one of the premier sniper instructors in the U.S. military. He is the founder of EricDavis215.com, an online platform that aims to help others recalibrate their intuition on how to live a good life and lead others to do the same. Since 2008, Eric has been repurposing and teaching the performance principles he used and discovered as a SEAL and sniper instructor. Eric lives in southern California with his wife and two of his four children.
