"This collection is one I plan to keep on my kindle for a long
while. Its so much easier to find these all in one place and an
amazing help when it comes to both dealing with and associating
with people with c-PTSD.
The section on codependency is one that has calmed my nerves more
than anything. I find myself feeling codependent on others when in
reality I am so scared of becoming codependent I do not allow
myself to trust others around me. Realizing this has helped me to
create a better connection with those around me.
This is a great work to read and listen to for any psychology
student, but I have also found its a great reference for character
types with narcissistic tendencies and background writing in my
adult fiction classes. It has helped my characters backstories
become more relatable through Hills easy to digest writing and
examples of what could cause a narcissistic personality type. Its
also helped me to understand a very close family member who (while
I still have servere issues with them) I am slowly starting to
understand and encouraged to do further research.
I am so glad these works have been pulled together, its amazing to
have them all in one place!"

"This book is actually four books in one covering Narcissistic
Abuse, Gaslighting, a Codependency Workbook, and a PTSD Workbook.
It's insightful and comprehensive with many great approaches and
processes to deal with narcissists. A surprisingly easy read
considering the heavy subject matter. The best way to deal with
these toxic people is by educating yourself, and this book covers
all the bases. I've been gaslit so many times and I now realize
that trying to fix things or be the bigger person only leaves me
vulnerable to further manipulation."

"It has been a while since I have read something as deep and
helpful as Linda Hill's "Recovery from Narcissistic Abuse,
Gaslighting, Codependency, and Complex PTSD." Through the book, I
can now recognize Narcissism easily, recognize Narcissists' tactics
to cope and control those around them, and finally, stop it when it
is within or in others in my surroundings. I have always been a
lone wolf, but now I recognize just how vital a support network is
and how much healing I can get from such groups.I always thought
that a little gaslighting here and there could do no wrong until
Linda Hill gave me a different view and insight into what it does
to others. The tendency is definitely a relationship killer since
it kills the ability to be honest and authentic in interactions.
Thank you for such an eye-opening read.We have all been
co-dependent at some point but I now realize that too much is
poisonous. The quiz taken was very helpful, and I now understand
myself more. I no longer have that unwarranted abandonment fear
since I have learned to heal my inner child. The PTSD information
was also helpful since I realized just how much baggage I had
carried with me from childhood. This book is definitely a
must-read."
