About the Author
EDUARD A. ZIEGENHAGEN is Professor of Political Science and Research Fellow at the Center for Leadership Studies at the State University of New York at Binghamton. He is the author of four books including The Regulation of Political Conflict (Praeger, 1986) and (with K. Koutsoukis) Political Conflict in Southern Europe (Praeger, 1992).
