About the Author

Christa Hardin, MA holds counseling licenses in both Michigan and Florida, and earned her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College in Illinois, with a special focus on Marriage and Family Therapy. Christa is the Director at Reflections Counseling Center, and loves helping couples to repair and to find refreshment in their relationships!
