Erik is the partner and founder of Bloch&Ostergaard, a Danish management consultancy who provide inspiration, guidance, and implementation support to top and middle management, based on future of work and purpose-driven leadership, focusing on people, planet, and profit. Erik is also a guest lecturer at The Copenhagen Business School, mentor, speaker, and inspirator.
