About the Author

He was born in Canton, Ohio on March 2,1935. At eighteen he joined the army.On October 13,1956 he married the love of his life. When he finished his stint in the army he found enployment on a steel mill. They bought a 57 acre, 300 foot deep valley with an 8 acre lake and turned it into a recreation facility. After 11 years they sold it and moved to Florida to join a friend in the auto salvage business. After 23 years he retired to Brooksville where they live on 2 1/2 acres where he tends 22 flower gardens, pursues his glass etching and woodworking art and writes. They help keep an old man off the street. In 2009 they celebrated their 53 anniversary and still going strong.
