Paul Laursen is an endurance coach, sport scientist and adjunct
professor for Auckland University of Technology. Laursen is well
known throughout the international sport and strength and
conditioning communities for his knowledge and research of
HIIT.
Martin Buchheit is a sport scientist, strength and conditioning
coach and the Head of Performance for Paris Saint-Germain. He
previously worked as an exercise physiologist for ASPIRE Academy in
Qatar. Buchheit has published over 160 peer-reviewed manuscripts,
with much of this focus being on HIIT.
