Melinda Curle is a Northern Virginia native. She started experiencing grand mal seizures at age 13 and was diagnosed with juvenile myoclonic epilepsy. Melinda attained good seizure control with anticonvulsants and was able to earn a Bachelor's in Political Science from Brigham Young University and a Master's in Special Education from George Mason University. After struggling with the side effects, Melinda took a keen interest in improving her health. She made the decision to treat her seizures with natural prevention strategies and has been able to come off the anticonvulsant medications that were causing double vision and drowsiness.
