Having literally “grown up” in the Adult Family Home business,
Christian brings over 20 years of experience and innovation to this
model of elder care. The systems, processes, training and attention
to personal needs and requirements of residents under his care are
truly “game changers” in the senior care sector. These are what
have propelled the growth of his consortium of 16 homes, and
counting, in the Seattle Metro area. Chris’ enthusiasm for bringing
this alternative to the traditional institutional model of assisted
living to a wider market is the driving force behind this book.
