About the Author

A Cockney born and bred, Keith Austin's first job involved standing waist deep in a vat full of live eels. He quickly turned to journalism and began an international career which has taken him from The Sunday Times in London, via the China Daily newspaper in Beijing, to the Sydney Morning Herald where he was chief sub before turning to writing.
