About the Author

Stefanie Alexis lives in Connecticut with her husband, Bob, and their two daughters, Julia and Isabelle. Stefanie was born and raised in the small Vermont town of Morrisville. She attended Peoples Academy High School, was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of Vermont and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Stefanie and her husband have worked in the healthcare business for more than twenty years helping to develop medicines for patients in need. This is Stefanie's first book; she was inspired by her daughters and encouraged by her husband to put tales of curious best friends to paper. Stefanie is working on Izi and Alex's next adventure.
