Fantastic book for use as a self help program for intrusive thoughts and compulsions or with clients in treatment. I like this book because it give a very clear explanation of the nature of obsessive thoughts and actions and then a step by step treatment guide. I have found clients who used it on their own were able to improve their symptoms and feel more in control. It also has a lot of good worksheets to use. I think this is the best self help book on this topic if there is no access to therapy.
