Sam Fury has had a passion for survival, evasion, resistance, and
escape (SERE) training since he was a young boy growing up in

This is a great book with some different workout routines.
I am always looking for ways to mix up my workouts. This book
provided some new insights and workouts that incorporate strength,
suppleness (simple yoga), and basic meditation. Highly
recommend.Sandy This is a great book. I was looking for a new
workout routine and this one hit the nail on the head. I like that
the author included a stretch routine in here, I think that's an
often overlooked section for a book. Overall great book, I
recommend it. Craig If you're gonna spend time on fitness, then you
may as well do the activities that can help towards your survival
i.e. if you need to 'run' away. This book basically just 'teaches'
you the best way to train in these activities. Good easy
