For teenagers and adults - a guide to overcoming everyday challenges
Marc Fleisher was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome at the age of 11. A public speaker on autism, he also has a love of mathematics and holds a masters degree in maths from Brunel University. Mark is a patron of a local sports club for children with disabilities where he is a tennis coach. He is the author of Making Sense of the Unfeasible, also published by Jessica Kingsley Publishers.
Fleisher's story is one of a highly intelligent young man-who has managed to overcome or at least mitigate some of the disabling aspects of his condition. Fleisher speaks from within his condition and the message of hope he gives in being able to make progress towards a richer, more fulfilled and less frightened existence. -- Young People Now
