A holistic mind-body-life entrepreneur, former Division I and
professional basketball player, Frederick Entenmann is a dedicated
mentor, guru, and coach for professional and amateur athletes.
With a focus on facilitating both sporting and life goals,
Frederick specializes in helping discover innate strengths and
assists in planning for a successful post-athletic career. He is
known for his rare athletic feats of dunking from the free throw
line at fourteen years old, bench pressing 450 pounds, squatting
600 pounds, and deadlifting 690 pounds at age twenty-two; as well
as running a sub-four-minute mile at thirty-six years old.
Frederick understands the multiple facets of training organically
and naturally through firsthand experiences in implementing and
testing himself via his own systems, theories and formulas.
Founding his MIND BODY LIFE brand in 2013, his innovative, organic,
and holistic approach helps athletes by:
-Developing stronger goal-setting skills, clarity and focus
-Eliminating distractions
-Conserving and increasing energy
-Facilitating personal growth and expansion
-Developing personal boundaries and leadership
-Magnifying and accepting personal accountability
-Teaching self-love
Specifically, he stands at the threshold of a new era in
medicine and healing. Instead of viewing the human body as a
biological machine, he teaches how the human body encodes thought,
converts it into matter, and stores it as energy within specific
areas of the body.
Frederick uses his knowledge of the body as a vast energetic
network, where spirit, matter, and power intersect; and decodes the
process of how these energy centers work, linking specific injuries
and illnesses with past emotional traumas to provide a deeper
framework for authentic healing.
Collectively, he holds numerous degrees, certifications, and
trainings and is extensively familiar with many studies and
practices:
-Sports performance
-Bioenergetics
-Performance psychology
-Rehabilitation
-Yoga
-Meditation
