Kate Petty was the innovative author of over 200 books
for children, including fiction, non-fiction and picture books. Her
award-winning and bestselling pop-up books with Jennie Maizels and
her collaborations with The Eden Project in Cornwall are among her
most popular work. She died in 2007.
Jennie Maizels studied illustration at Central St Martin's
School of Art and Design and graduated in 1993. She is best known
for her groundbreaking, fun non-fiction books for children, such as
Pop-up New York, Pop-Up London and The Great Grammar Book. Jennie
lives in Hampshire with her husband and two children.
