The author Wan-Jiung Hu is a MD (National Taiwan University) and PhD (Johns Hopkins University). His former name is Wan-Chung Hu. He is a Taiwanese (ROC). Currently, he is a postdoctorate in Acdemia Sinica, Taiwan. He is a full member of Deutsche Physikalische Gesellschaft(German Society of Physics). He is a member of Mathematical Association of America. He is also a member of International Unit of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC). He is also an associate member of American Geophysical Union and Australian Institute of Physics. These manuscripts are also published in Philica.
