About the Author

Patrizia Collard, PhD is a mindfulness teacher, psychotherapist, stress management consultant and lecturer in psychotherapy at the University of East London's School of Psychology. Max Eames is a Harley Street psychotherapist in private practice and a lecturer in psychotherapy at the University of East London's School of Psychology. Philippa King is an artist, sculptor and illustrator whose contemporary influences lead her toward work in multiple forms of media from her London-based studio. Philippa's work for this particular title was done in collaboration with fellow artist Angel Miguel Correa, with the assistance of digital-media specialist Shelley Bray
