Tom Vandenberghe is an experienced traveler in Asia, and organizes culinary travels and cooking workshops. Every year, he also runs a street food festival in Ghent. Miho Shibuya and Tomoko Kaji are passionate about both cooking and eating, and have their own catering business in Ghent. Together with Tom and Luk, they visit their most favorite places in Japan. Luk Thys is an experienced photographer and hobby cook.
