Carla Ferrell lives in Chanhassen, Minnesota. She remembers a few
times when the Tooth Fairy didn't show up on schedule at her house
for teeth that were wiggled, loosened, and finally pulled, then
promptly left under pillows. But the Tooth Fairy always made her
trip sooner or later with a few coins and an apology note!
Erin Boe is a children's illustrator and art instructor from
Hopkins, Minnesota, where the Tooth Fairy almost always remembers
to visit. Erin lives with her partner, two children, and their
nocturnal hamster, Penny Cookie Coconut, who has been lucky enough
to see the fairy once or twice on a midnight run. Erin graduated
from the University of Minnesota with a BFA in studio art. This is
