About the Author

William V. Timmons has been a world traveler for nearly three decades. He served in West Africa as a Peace Corps volunteer, working as a presidential English teacher and tourism advisor. For ten years, the author and his wife, Dr. Rachel Timmons, taught and worked in child welfare programs in the Philippines, followed by fifteen years of child welfare and investigative activities in Southeast Asia. While there, the author was awarded a coveted Royal Decoration from the King of Thailand. Timmons currently resides in Southern California, where he and his wife teach at a private university.
