Dr. Cocó’s True Nutrition: Suggested Reading
Dr. Coco March was born in Germany to a Spanish father and French
mother. Exposed to multiple cultures and languages from a young
age, she traveled and lived throughout Europe before her family
eventually settled on the Mediterranean coast near Barcelona,
Spain. Dr. Coco graduated as a Naturopathic Physician specialized
in Nutrition from ECBS, The European College for Naturopathic
Physicians in Alacant, a small town south of Barcelona.
Dr. Coco immigrated to the United States to further her education
in food science and nutrition, and to improve her command of the
English language. Since then, Dr. Coco has been featured on
multiple radio and TV shows. Her engaging personality and unique
tools for living a better life have inspired women of all ages to
make healthier lifestyle choices.
“If you read any book about the Mediterranean approach to healthy
nutrition – this is the one to read! It’s fantastic. It’ll
set the record straight and tell you what you need for
success.”
-Dr. Gary Epler, MD Boston Harvard Medical School Professor and
Best-Selling Health Book Author
""Dr. March’s new book explores the evolution of nutritional
deficiencies in America and the subsequent deleterious impact on
the health of our country. March’s book is a historical review of
changes to our food system and environment that have led to the
ironic epidemic of diet-related health problems in the United
States. This book is a valuable guide for anyone dealing with
chronic illness who wants to optimize their health and is willing
to use food as medicine.""
