Since co-founding Trust Guard in 2006, Scott has helped thousands of website owners build trust and credibility online by providing them with state-of-the-art PCI Vulnerability Scanning solutions, along with 3rd party Security, Business and Privacy verification services. In 2010, Scott & Garrett successfully launched Shopper Approved, a fully-automated customer rating and review service that helps website owners to create huge amounts of positive social proof to help influence, educate, and motivate new customers to buy. They hit another home run in 2011 with the launch of Rhino Support, a web-based customer support management system for online businesses.
