Ive done other programs but in my opinion you won't find better training methods than in this book. The workouts are designed to burn fat and pack on muscle. The programs require effort but not strain. There are also different holds different reps different ways of doing repetitions. I got up to week 5 with the steel bow and 5x and decided to treat myself to a brand new bullworker classic. I enjoy the sessions and can see and feel the results. The Bullworker is a great piece of equipment and you'll get the most out of it if you apply the methods in this book. It requires reading each section before each training phase as it changes every couple of weeks.
