About the Author

Nitya Lacroix has a diploma in Individual and Relationship Counselling and a degree in Psychosexual Therapy. She runs bodywork and sensual awareness workshops, and is a highly regarded massage therapist, as well as one of the leading authors on the subject. Her previous books include The Complete Book of Massage and Aromatherapy, which she co-authored, and Tantric Sex and Love-Making. Nitya is the co-founder of The School of Holistic Massage in London.
