About the Author

Melissa 'Mel' Algood is a dyslexic Navy Brat with a fascination for serial killers. She's moved over thirteen times in her life, from Southern California to Puerto Rico, before making Houston home. She works as a hairstylist when she's not writing award winning stories. Her debut novel, 'Everything That Counts'-which is set in her hometown of Annapolis- is out now and available on Amazon. Mel lives with her longtime love, Izzy, and their tuxedo cat Madame Bijou.
