About the Author

Aaron Hunnel is a U.S. Army veteran, Owner of High Thrive Wellbeing, and inspirational speaker who helps businesses, and their employees thrive. After returning home from two deployments and battling his demons, he found freedom in challenging the status quo in endurance athletics by assisting a disabled athlete in ultra distance events. Their team has completed multiple races including an IRONMAN and 100 mile run. But the miles they share and the struggle they endure, together, speaks to the depth of their friendship. Hunnel lives with his family in Appleton, WI.
