About the Author

Lisa DeKeuster, while teaching school, had a dream of running away to Hawaii... and she did it! There, she met a noni tree, wrapped its leaves around her sore calves, and awoke wishing shed slept in that tree. This catapulted her interest in natural healing. Now, as a teacher of mat and aerial yoga, meditation and Reiki, she shares what shes learned about healing and spirituality since the death of a friend had spurred her quest years ago.
