Antonio Manriquez is the video production teacher for the New Media
Academy at Hollywood High School in Los Angeles, California. His
education and career in video and cinema production began at the
age of fourteen when he directed a feature-length film that
premiered at the 1997 Sundance Film Festival. He is the founder and
Executive Director of Media Educators of Los Angeles
(MediaEducatorsLA.org) and chairs the CUE (CUE.org) Video in the
Classroom Learning Network.
Tom McCluskey is a screenwriter, filmmaker, and teacher originally
from Astoria, Queens, NY. With fifteen years of experience teaching
filmmaking, he is currently building a Video Production Program at
Helen Bernstein High School in Hollywood. He has won numerous
awards for his films and screenplays including two Cine Gold Eagle
Awards and the Chesterfield Fellowship. He is on the Board of
Directors of MELA (Media Educators of Los Angeles).
