"Gwynne Richards' Warehouse Management provides an essential 'one stop shop' for both practitioners and those that want to fully understand the fundamentals of how to manage a business storage facility. For a fairly technical topic, I have found the book to be easy to read, where industry terms are clearly explained and examples provided of the best practices described. This book is a must read for everyone in the supply chain and logistics industries, business students and all individuals that want to understand more about how to operate a warehouse."--Phil Wood, Order to Cash Manager, Northern Europe, Mondelez International
