"There are few people in the world with Gwynne's specialist
knowledge and experience, and aligned to the rapid pace of change
in today's logistics industry his latest edition of Warehouse
Management is an invaluable tool in understanding best practice in
this vitally important but often understated business. Seasoned
practitioners as well as the young talent needed by the industry
will find this a great source of reference and learning."

"Gwynne Richards' Warehouse Management provides an essential 'one
stop shop' for both practitioners and those that want to fully
understand the fundamentals of how to manage a business storage
facility. For a fairly technical topic, I have found the book to be
easy to read, where industry terms are clearly explained and
examples provided of the best practices described. This book is a
must read for everyone in the supply chain and logistics
industries, business students and all individuals that want to
understand more about how to operate a warehouse."
*Phil Wood, Order to Cash Manager, Northern Europe, Mondelez
International*
"There is no question that Gwynne Richards' book, "Warehouse
Management," contributed to my getting my latest Supply Chain role.
I purchased the e-version and the links to the YouTube videos alone
are worth the investment. The content is simply fantastic,
especially the audit checklists, so much so that I will now
purchase a hardcopy for my office. I had been out of warehousing
for several years and Gwynne's book ensured that I was well
prepared and more confident for my interviews. My sincere thanks to
the author!"
*Jim Westberg - Sr. Director - Supply Chain*
