Penny Steinke is a National Board Certified Teacher teaching kindergarten in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She loves reading, writing, playing horseshoes, spending time with family and friends, watching movies, vacationing, painting, crafting, going for walks and watching sporting events especially the Packers, Brewers and Bucks. Penny published her first book, The ABC's of Horseshoes, in 2007. She is very active in Wisconsin horseshoes. She plays on two summer horseshoe leagues and in several tournaments each year. Penny got sick in 2014 and was on the liver transplant waiting list for 2 years and 2 months. She wishes to thank God and Froedtert Hospital including all the doctors and nurses for getting her through that difficult time. Penny currently lives in Waukesha, Wisconsin with her kitty, Nala.
