About the Author

Esha Estar is a shaman, yoga instructor, spiritual director, and bereavement educator who has studied the art of dying in Thailand and The Tibetan Book of the Dead. When her husband died suddenly, she discovered writing as a release valve for her pain and truthful experience. Esha lives with her two daughers, cat, and dog in Mooresville, North Carolina.
