My background is fairly diverse: I am a trained martial artist. I am an instructor of Shaolin Kung-Fu, and a long time practitioner and instructor of Filipino Arnis. I am a consultant and instructor of aggression management techniques (Management Of Aggressive Behavior (TM)) at a local homeless shelter. My background also includes scenario based training, court defensible control and defensive techniques, as well as lethal, and non-lethal weapon handling. I started writing professionally in 2013, and have worked as a speech writer, ghost writer, screenplay editor, and now as a self-published author. In 2011, my training became my mission: To help alleviate the fear of assault by teaching physical, mental, and environmental preparation techniques. My book, fearless, is my attempt to reach as many people as possible with my mission, and shed light on the fears that steal our comfort and serenity.
