In 2015, the U.K.-based Edsel label reissued the first six proper Booker T. & the MG's albums as a straightforward trio of two-for-one CD sets. This one contains the group's first two albums: Green Onions (1962), featuring the number one soul hit of the same title, and Soul Dressing (1964). In addition, there's a pair of bonus tracks: "MG Party" (the B-side to "Soul Dressing") and "Terrible Thing" (a non-album A-side). ~ Andy Kellman
