This compilation collects the earliest and best recordings of the 1950s Knoxville, Tennessee, singer and radio DJ Eddie Hill, who performed with such celebrated musicians as Chet Atkins and Hank Garland, and whose proto rockabilly-flavored hits included "Black Denim Trousers and Motorcycle Boots," "Hard Road to Travel," "Knock It Off," and the tumultuous title track.
