This 15-track release captures an excellent live Dave Van Ronk performance from 1993. Close-mic'd, with audience sounds mostly edited out, this flawless concert from Bremen's Packhaus-Theater could be a studio album. Van Ronk is in fine vocal form, and he peppers his bluesy folk covers with amusing spoken-word passages.
