Each successive Skydiggers album has offered a richer, more expansive sonic environment than its predecessor; the group should be especially pleased with their self-production here. Even though "Just Over The Mountain" treads known paths, Skydiggers have avoided digging themselves into a rut. But it's unlikely they can continue to mine the same ground without eventually resorting to formula. Either the "tried and true" will be enough to take them over the top or, at some point, Skydiggers will have to suck it in and experiment with more risky mountaineering. ~ Roch Parisien
