In addition to the digitally remastered original album--which, decades later, still shocks with its pummeling riffs, blast beats, scorched-earth vocals, and disgustingly gory lyrics (see "Orgasm Through Torture")--the package also contains an 18-track live DVD and expanded liner notes.
